Q: CAN I LISTEN TO THE TRACK BEFORE I BUY IT?
A: Yes! Just press the “Play” button next to the track name and you will be able to hear a preview of the track.
Q: HOW DO I PURCHASE A BACKING TRACK?
A: Select the 'BUY' button the Backing Track selected is then added to the shopping cart*. When you have completed all your selection and ready to pay you'll be taken to the Checkout section. Once the payment has been successful you'll be taken to your account area where you can select the tracls and download them.
*If a Backing Track also has a Vocal Guide then a new page will reveal providing you with the option to remove the Vocal Guide from the order which is then added to the Shopping Cart.
Q: HOW DO I PAY FOR MY PURCHASE?
A: We currently accept the following debit/credit cards:
MASTERCARD, VISA & MAESTRO. You can also use PAYPAL.
All of these payment methods are secure; we never have access to your credit card numbers.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG WHILE I AM TRYING TO DOWNLOAD A TRACK?
A: Don’t worry! As soon as you have paid for a track, this information is stored in your personal account on the SingMe site. As soon as the problem is sorted out you will be able to download the track.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE OR DELETE A TRACK I HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED?
A: Don’t worry! All your purchases are stored in your personal account information on the SingMe site. Once you have purchased a song, you may download it again.
Q: DO YOU CUSTOMISE TRACKS FOR SINGERS?
A: Yes we do! As we have our own recording studios, our team of experienced professionals are more than happy to discuss your specific needs and maybe even give you some advice. Please make your special request via the ‘Contact Us’ page.
Q: ARE SONGS AVAILABE IN DIFFERENT KEYS?
A: Yes! As we have our own recording studios, we are able to provide all our songs in different keys. If any of our tracks are too high or too low for you to sing, please make your special request via the ‘Contact Us’ page.
Q: WHAT IS A BT?
A: BT is the Backing Track. The Backing Track has been produced by professional session musicians to sound similar to the original version. There are no lead vocals. The BT is not performed by the original artist.
Q: WHAT IS A VG?
A: VG is the Vocal Guide. The lead vocal has been sung by a professional session singer, to sound similar to the original version. The vocal guide is particularly helpful when learning or reminding yourself of the song. It also shows you where your vocal starts and ends and where the instrumental is. The VG is not performed by the original artist.
Q: ARE TRACKS AVAILABLE ON CD?
A: Yes! First purchase a track on the SingMe site. If you would like us to send your purchased track(s) on a CD to you, our charge will be £2.50 per order, irrespective of the number of tracks. Please request a CD via the ‘Contact Us’ page.
Q: IN WHICH FORMAT ARE SINGME BACKING TRACKS PROVIDED?
A: Songs are in MP3 format (CD quality). They are virus-free and available immediately. Downloading music from SingMe Backing Tracks is legal and conforms with copyright laws.
Q: HOW DO I FIND A SONG THAT ISN’T IN YOUR CATALOGUE?
A: We have 1000’s of backing tracks still to be uploaded, so if you don’t find a title you are looking for, please let us know via the “Contact Us” page. Chances are we have it and will get it uploaded very quickly for you.
Q: ARE ROYALTIES BEING PAID?
A: Downloading music from SingMe Backing Tracks is 100% legal. SingMe has a Digital Download Licence from the PRS and reports every sale to the PRS to ensure that the publishers/song writers are paid and all copyright laws are adhered to.
Q: DO YOU SUPPLY LYRICS WITH YOUR SONGS?
A: We only supply backing tracks and vocal guides. There are many lyric sites which offer free lyrics. Simply do a Google search for your song title and add the word ‘lyrics’ and you should find what you are looking for.

A: Yes, we are continuously recording and adding playback backing tracks, as well as vocal guides to the SingMe.co.uk site. These karaoke version tracks are produced by professional musicians for singers, vocalists and choirs to enjoy.
