In this instance, the SingMe production team listened to many Susan Boyle tracks to try and understand what made Susan Boyle tracks sound so good! Wherever there were 'live' instruments on 'Don't Dream It's Over' by Susan Boyle, the SingMe production team used the very best professional session musicians to create an Instrumental, Playback, Karaoke Version Backing Track. We then overdubbed all the orchestral and brass parts until the track sounded very close to the original Susan Boyle track 'Don't Dream It's Over'.

 

The SingMe team then researched its very best session singers to find singers with voices similar to Susan Boyle, to sing backing vocals and harmonies on 'Don't Dream It's Over', where needed. We then recorded a singer who was really excellent at sounding like the lead singer or vocalist on The Susan Boyle song ' Don't Dream It's Over'. This singer created the Vocal Guide (VG). (The Vocal Guide is simply the Backing Track plus the Lead Vocal sung by a professional session singer to sound similar to the original Artist.)
