In this instance, the SingMe production team listened to many Roachford tracks to try and understand what made Roachford tracks sound so good! We gained an understanding of the musical genre associated with Roachford's music. We then listened to the song 'Family Man' byRoachford, a number of times to decide whether there were 'live' musicians playing the various parts of 'Family Man'.

 

SingMe producers studied the rhythm section - Drums, Bass, Guitar, Piano and Keyboards on 'Family Man' by Roachford. They also listened out for 'live' strings, orchestra, brass licks and woodwind, such as flute and saxophone.

 

Wherever there were 'live' instruments on 'Family Man' by Roachford, the SingMe production team used the very best professional session musicians to create an Instrumental, Playback, Karaoke Version Backing Track. We then overdubbed all the orchestral and brass parts until the track sounded very close to the original Roachford track 'Family Man'.

 

The SingMe team then researched its very best session singers to find singers with voices similar to Roachford, to sing backing vocals and harmonies on 'Family Man', where needed. We then recorded a singer who was really excellent at sounding like the lead singer or vocalist on The Roachford song ' Family Man'. This singer created the Vocal Guide (VG).
