How SingMe.co.uk created a karaoke backing track for 'Hi-De-Ho' by Blood Sweat & Tears

Creating a superb, Studio Quality, Professional Sound-a-like Karaoke, Playback, Backing Track is truly a musical challenge.

 

In this instance, the SingMe production team listened to many Blood Sweat & Tears tracks to try and understand what made Blood Sweat & Tears tracks sound so good! Wherever there were 'live' instruments on 'Hi-De-Ho' by Blood Sweat & Tears, the SingMe production team used the very best professional session musicians to create an Instrumental, Playback, Karaoke Version Backing Track. We then overdubbed all the orchestral and brass parts until the track sounded very close to the original Blood Sweat & Tears track 'Hi-De-Ho'.

 

The SingMe team then researched its very best session singers to find singers with voices similar to Blood Sweat & Tears, to sing backing vocals and harmonies on 'Hi-De-Ho', where needed. We then recorded a singer who was really excellent at sounding like the lead singer or vocalist on The Blood Sweat & Tears song ' Hi-De-Ho'. This singer created the Vocal Guide (VG). (The Vocal Guide is simply the Backing Track plus the Lead Vocal sung by a professional session singer to sound similar to the original Artist.)
