In this instance, the SingMe production team listened to many Craig David tracks to try and understand what made Craig David tracks sound so good! We gained an understanding of the musical genre associated with Craig David's music. We then listened to the song 'Hidden Agenda' byCraig David, a number of times to decide whether there were 'live' musicians playing the various parts of 'Hidden Agenda'.

 

SingMe producers studied the rhythm section - Drums, Bass, Guitar, Piano and Keyboards on 'Hidden Agenda' by Craig David. They also listened out for 'live' strings, orchestra, brass licks and woodwind, such as flute and saxophone.

 

Wherever there were 'live' instruments on 'Hidden Agenda' by Craig David, the SingMe production team used the very best professional session musicians to create an Instrumental, Playback, Karaoke Version Backing Track. We then overdubbed all the orchestral and brass parts until the track sounded very close to the original Craig David track 'Hidden Agenda'.

We then recorded a singer who was really excellent at sounding like the lead singer or vocalist on The Craig David song ' Hidden Agenda'. This singer created the Vocal Guide (VG). (The Vocal Guide is simply the Backing Track plus the Lead Vocal sung by a professional session singer to sound similar to the original Artist.)
