How SingMe.co.uk created a karaoke backing track for 'I'll Never Find Another You' by The Seekers

Creating a superb, Studio Quality, Professional Sound-a-like Karaoke, Playback, Backing Track is truly a musical challenge.

 

In this instance, the SingMe production team listened to many Seekers tracks to try and understand what made The Seekers tracks sound so good! We gained an understanding of the musical genre associated with The Seekers's music. We then listened to the song 'I'll Never Find Another You' byThe Seekers, a number of times to decide whether there were 'live' musicians playing the various parts of 'I'll Never Find Another You'.

 

SingMe producers studied the rhythm section - Drums, Bass, Guitar, Piano and Keyboards on 'I'll Never Find Another You' by The Seekers. They also listened out for 'live' strings, orchestra, brass licks and woodwind, such as flute and saxophone.

 

Wherever there were 'live' instruments on 'I'll Never Find Another You' by The Seekers, the SingMe production team used the very best professional session musicians to create an Instrumental, Playback, Karaoke Version Backing Track. We then overdubbed all the orchestral and brass parts until the track sounded very close to the original The Seekers track 'I'll Never Find Another You'.

 

The SingMe team then researched its very best session singers to find singers with voices similar to The Seekers, to sing backing vocals and harmonies on 'I'll Never Find Another You', where needed. We then recorded a singer who was really excellent at sounding like the lead singer or vocalist on The Seekers song ' I'll Never Find Another You'. This singer created the Vocal Guide (VG). (The Vocal Guide is simply the Backing Track plus the Lead Vocal sung by a professional session singer to sound similar to the original Artist.)
