How SingMe.co.uk created a karaoke backing track for 'I'm Into Something Good' by Herman's Hermits

In this instance, the SingMe production team listened to many Herman's Hermits tracks to try and understand what made Herman's Hermits tracks sound so good! We gained an understanding of the musical genre associated with Herman's Hermits's music. We then listened to the song 'I'm Into Something Good' byHerman's Hermits, a number of times to decide whether there were 'live' musicians playing the various parts of 'I'm Into Something Good'.

 

SingMe producers studied the rhythm section - Drums, Bass, Guitar, Piano and Keyboards on 'I'm Into Something Good' by Herman's Hermits. They also listened out for 'live' strings, orchestra, brass licks and woodwind, such as flute and saxophone.

 

Wherever there were 'live' instruments on 'I'm Into Something Good' by Herman's Hermits, the SingMe production team used the very best professional session musicians to create an Instrumental, Playback, Karaoke Version Backing Track. We then overdubbed all the orchestral and brass parts until the track sounded very close to the original Herman's Hermits track 'I'm Into Something Good'.

 

The SingMe team then researched its very best session singers to find singers with voices similar to Herman's Hermits, to sing backing vocals and harmonies on 'I'm Into Something Good', where needed. We then recorded a singer who was really excellent at sounding like the lead singer or vocalist on The Herman's Hermits song ' I'm Into Something Good'. This singer created the Vocal Guide (VG). (The Vocal Guide is simply the Backing Track plus the Lead Vocal sung by a professional session singer to sound similar to the original Artist.)
