How SingMe.co.uk created a karaoke backing track for 'Let's Twist Again' by Chubby Checker

SingMe producers studied the rhythm section - Drums, Bass, Guitar, Piano and Keyboards on 'Let's Twist Again' by Chubby Checker. They also listened out for 'live' strings, orchestra, brass licks and woodwind, such as flute and saxophone.

 

Wherever there were 'live' instruments on 'Let's Twist Again' by Chubby Checker, the SingMe production team used the very best professional session musicians to create an Instrumental, Playback, Karaoke Version Backing Track. We then overdubbed all the orchestral and brass parts until the track sounded very close to the original Chubby Checker track 'Let's Twist Again'.

 

The SingMe team then researched its very best session singers to find singers with voices similar to Chubby Checker, to sing backing vocals and harmonies on 'Let's Twist Again', where needed. We then recorded a singer who was really excellent at sounding like the lead singer or vocalist on The Chubby Checker song ' Let's Twist Again'. This singer created the Vocal Guide (VG). (The Vocal Guide is simply the Backing Track plus the Lead Vocal sung by a professional session singer to sound similar to the original Artist.)
