How SingMe.co.uk created a karaoke backing track for 'Let Me In' by The Osmonds

Creating a superb, Studio Quality, Professional Sound-a-like Karaoke, Playback, Backing Track is truly a musical challenge.

 

In this instance, the SingMe production team listened to many Osmonds tracks to try and understand what made The Osmonds tracks sound so good! We gained an understanding of the musical genre associated with The Osmonds's music. We then listened to the song 'Let Me In' byThe Osmonds, a number of times to decide whether there were 'live' musicians playing the various parts of 'Let Me In'.

 

SingMe producers studied the rhythm section - Drums, Bass, Guitar, Piano and Keyboards on 'Let Me In' by The Osmonds. They also listened out for 'live' strings, orchestra, brass licks and woodwind, such as flute and saxophone.

 

Wherever there were 'live' instruments on 'Let Me In' by The Osmonds, the SingMe production team used the very best professional session musicians to create an Instrumental, Playback, Karaoke Version Backing Track. We then overdubbed all the orchestral and brass parts until the track sounded very close to the original The Osmonds track 'Let Me In'.

 

The SingMe team then researched its very best session singers to find singers with voices similar to The Osmonds, to sing backing vocals and harmonies on 'Let Me In', where needed. We then recorded a singer who was really excellent at sounding like the lead singer or vocalist on The Osmonds song ' Let Me In'. This singer created the Vocal Guide (VG). (The Vocal Guide is simply the Backing Track plus the Lead Vocal sung by a professional session singer to sound similar to the original Artist.)
