In this instance, the SingMe production team listened to many Elton John tracks to try and understand what made Elton John tracks sound so good! We gained an understanding of the musical genre associated with Elton John's music. We then listened to the song 'Made In England' byElton John, a number of times to decide whether there were 'live' musicians playing the various parts of 'Made In England'.

 

SingMe producers studied the rhythm section - Drums, Bass, Guitar, Piano and Keyboards on 'Made In England' by Elton John. They also listened out for 'live' strings, orchestra, brass licks and woodwind, such as flute and saxophone.

 

Wherever there were 'live' instruments on 'Made In England' by Elton John, the SingMe production team used the very best professional session musicians to create an Instrumental, Playback, Karaoke Version Backing Track. We then overdubbed all the orchestral and brass parts until the track sounded very close to the original Elton John track 'Made In England'.

 

The SingMe team then researched its very best session singers to find singers with voices similar to Elton John, to sing backing vocals and harmonies on 'Made In England', where needed. We then recorded a singer who was really excellent at sounding like the lead singer or vocalist on The Elton John song ' Made In England'. This singer created the Vocal Guide (VG). (The Vocal Guide is simply the Backing Track plus the Lead Vocal sung by a professional session singer to sound similar to the original Artist.)
