How SingMe.co.uk created a karaoke backing track for 'Morning Sun' by Robbie Williams

In this instance, the SingMe production team listened to many Robbie Williams tracks to try and understand what made Robbie Williams tracks sound so good! Wherever there were 'live' instruments on 'Morning Sun' by Robbie Williams, the SingMe production team used the very best professional session musicians to create an Instrumental, Playback, Karaoke Version Backing Track. We then overdubbed all the orchestral and brass parts until the track sounded very close to the original Robbie Williams track 'Morning Sun'.

 

The SingMe team then researched its very best session singers to find singers with voices similar to Robbie Williams, to sing backing vocals and harmonies on 'Morning Sun', where needed. We then recorded a singer who was really excellent at sounding like the lead singer or vocalist on The Robbie Williams song ' Morning Sun'. This singer created the Vocal Guide (VG). (The Vocal Guide is simply the Backing Track plus the Lead Vocal sung by a professional session singer to sound similar to the original Artist.)
