How SingMe.co.uk created a karaoke backing track for 'O Come All Ye Faithful' by Christmas Traditional

In this instance, the SingMe production team listened to many Christmas Traditional tracks to try and understand what made Christmas Traditional tracks sound so good! Wherever there were 'live' instruments on 'O Come All Ye Faithful' by Christmas Traditional, the SingMe production team used the very best professional session musicians to create an Instrumental, Playback, Karaoke Version Backing Track. We then overdubbed all the orchestral and brass parts until the track sounded very close to the original Christmas Traditional track 'O Come All Ye Faithful'.

 

The SingMe team then researched its very best session singers to find singers with voices similar to Christmas Traditional, to sing backing vocals and harmonies on 'O Come All Ye Faithful', where needed. We then recorded a singer who was really excellent at sounding like the lead singer or vocalist on The Christmas Traditional song ' O Come All Ye Faithful'. This singer created the Vocal Guide (VG). (The Vocal Guide is simply the Backing Track plus the Lead Vocal sung by a professional session singer to sound similar to the original Artist.)
