How SingMe.co.uk created a karaoke backing track for 'S-S-S Single Bed' by Fox

In this instance, the SingMe production team listened to many Fox tracks to try and understand what made Fox tracks sound so good! We gained an understanding of the musical genre associated with Fox's music. We then listened to the song 'S-S-S Single Bed' byFox, a number of times to decide whether there were 'live' musicians playing the various parts of 'S-S-S Single Bed'.

 

SingMe producers studied the rhythm section - Drums, Bass, Guitar, Piano and Keyboards on 'S-S-S Single Bed' by Fox. They also listened out for 'live' strings, orchestra, brass licks and woodwind, such as flute and saxophone.

 

Wherever there were 'live' instruments on 'S-S-S Single Bed' by Fox, the SingMe production team used the very best professional session musicians to create an Instrumental, Playback, Karaoke Version Backing Track. We then overdubbed all the orchestral and brass parts until the track sounded very close to the original Fox track 'S-S-S Single Bed'.

 

The SingMe team then researched its very best session singers to find singers with voices similar to Fox, to sing backing vocals and harmonies on 'S-S-S Single Bed', where needed. We then recorded a singer who was really excellent at sounding like the lead singer or vocalist on The Fox song ' S-S-S Single Bed'. This singer created the Vocal Guide (VG). (The Vocal Guide is simply the Backing Track plus the Lead Vocal sung by a professional session singer to sound similar to the original Artist.)
