How SingMe.co.uk created a karaoke backing track for 'Sun Is Up' by Inna

In this instance, the SingMe production team listened to many Inna tracks to try and understand what made Inna tracks sound so good! We gained an understanding of the musical genre associated with Inna's music. We then listened to the song 'Sun Is Up' byInna, a number of times to decide whether there were 'live' musicians playing the various parts of 'Sun Is Up'.

 

SingMe producers studied the rhythm section - Drums, Bass, Guitar, Piano and Keyboards on 'Sun Is Up' by Inna. They also listened out for 'live' strings, orchestra, brass licks and woodwind, such as flute and saxophone.

 

Wherever there were 'live' instruments on 'Sun Is Up' by Inna, the SingMe production team used the very best professional session musicians to create an Instrumental, Playback, Karaoke Version Backing Track. We then overdubbed all the orchestral and brass parts until the track sounded very close to the original Inna track 'Sun Is Up'.

 

The SingMe team then researched its very best session singers to find singers with voices similar to Inna, to sing backing vocals and harmonies on 'Sun Is Up', where needed. We then recorded a singer who was really excellent at sounding like the lead singer or vocalist on The Inna song ' Sun Is Up'. This singer created the Vocal Guide (VG). (The Vocal Guide is simply the Backing Track plus the Lead Vocal sung by a professional session singer to sound similar to the original Artist.)
