How SingMe.co.uk created a karaoke backing track for 'Swagger Jagger' by Cher Lloyd

SingMe producers studied the rhythm section - Drums, Bass, Guitar, Piano and Keyboards on 'Swagger Jagger' by Cher Lloyd. They also listened out for 'live' strings, orchestra, brass licks and woodwind, such as flute and saxophone.

 

Wherever there were 'live' instruments on 'Swagger Jagger' by Cher Lloyd, the SingMe production team used the very best professional session musicians to create an Instrumental, Playback, Karaoke Version Backing Track. We then overdubbed all the orchestral and brass parts until the track sounded very close to the original Cher Lloyd track 'Swagger Jagger'.

 

The SingMe team then researched its very best session singers to find singers with voices similar to Cher Lloyd, to sing backing vocals and harmonies on 'Swagger Jagger', where needed. We then recorded a singer who was really excellent at sounding like the lead singer or vocalist on The Cher Lloyd song ' Swagger Jagger'. This singer created the Vocal Guide (VG). (The Vocal Guide is simply the Backing Track plus the Lead Vocal sung by a professional session singer to sound similar to the original Artist.)
