We then listened to the song 'Thorn In My Side' byEurythmics, a number of times to decide whether there were 'live' musicians playing the various parts of 'Thorn In My Side'.

 

SingMe producers studied the rhythm section - Drums, Bass, Guitar, Piano and Keyboards on 'Thorn In My Side' by Eurythmics. They also listened out for 'live' strings, orchestra, brass licks and woodwind, such as flute and saxophone.

 

Wherever there were 'live' instruments on 'Thorn In My Side' by Eurythmics, the SingMe production team used the very best professional session musicians to create an Instrumental, Playback, Karaoke Version Backing Track. We then overdubbed all the orchestral and brass parts until the track sounded very close to the original Eurythmics track 'Thorn In My Side'.

 

The SingMe team then researched its very best session singers to find singers with voices similar to Eurythmics, to sing backing vocals and harmonies on 'Thorn In My Side', where needed. We then recorded a singer who was really excellent at sounding like the lead singer or vocalist on The Eurythmics song ' Thorn In My Side'. This singer created the Vocal Guide (VG). (The Vocal Guide is simply the Backing Track plus the Lead Vocal sung by a professional session singer to sound similar to the original Artist.)
