Wherever there were 'live' instruments on 'What'd I Say' by Jerry Lee Lewis, the SingMe production team used the very best professional session musicians to create an Instrumental, Playback, Karaoke Version Backing Track. We then overdubbed all the orchestral and brass parts until the track sounded very close to the original Jerry Lee Lewis track 'What'd I Say'.

 

The SingMe team then researched its very best session singers to find singers with voices similar to Jerry Lee Lewis, to sing backing vocals and harmonies on 'What'd I Say', where needed. We then recorded a singer who was really excellent at sounding like the lead singer or vocalist on The Jerry Lee Lewis song ' What'd I Say'. This singer created the Vocal Guide (VG). (The Vocal Guide is simply the Backing Track plus the Lead Vocal sung by a professional session singer to sound similar to the original Artist.)
