In this instance, the SingMe production team listened to many Michael Jackson tracks to try and understand what made Michael Jackson tracks sound so good! We gained an understanding of the musical genre associated with Michael Jackson's music. We then listened to the song 'You Rock My World' byMichael Jackson, a number of times to decide whether there were 'live' musicians playing the various parts of 'You Rock My World'.

 

SingMe producers studied the rhythm section - Drums, Bass, Guitar, Piano and Keyboards on 'You Rock My World' by Michael Jackson. They also listened out for 'live' strings, orchestra, brass licks and woodwind, such as flute and saxophone.

 

Wherever there were 'live' instruments on 'You Rock My World' by Michael Jackson, the SingMe production team used the very best professional session musicians to create an Instrumental, Playback, Karaoke Version Backing Track. We then overdubbed all the orchestral and brass parts until the track sounded very close to the original Michael Jackson track 'You Rock My World'.

We then recorded a singer who was really excellent at sounding like the lead singer or vocalist on The Michael Jackson song ' You Rock My World'. This singer created the Vocal Guide (VG). (The Vocal Guide is simply the Backing Track plus the Lead Vocal sung by a professional session singer to sound similar to the original Artist.)
